The newly founded fintech company finpair wants to establish itself as a leading marketplace for Schuldschein loan transactions. The first transactions have already been processed via the platform, and more are in the process of being initiated. The international business law firm Taylor Wessing, led by Frankfurt-based partner Ulf Gosejacob, provided legal advice to finpair on the set-up of the platform and related legal issues relating to platform contracts, data protection, IT security and regulatory issues.
